In a message shared on his Instagram story on Monday, Peller admitted that some of his antics on social media were often misunderstood. He acknowledged that the image he portrays online is different from who he is in real life and asked his followers to forgive him.

“If I have offended you in the past, please forgive me. I promise to be on my best behaviour this time,” he wrote. He further appealed to those who have been hurt by his actions, adding, “I don’t mean most things I do online. I am a good person in reality. Please handle me with care.”

  • I will leave if he beats me, says Jarvis after being pushed publicly by peller.

TikTok creator Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly known as Jarvis, has spoken out following a viral video that captured her boyfriend, fellow content creator Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, pushing her during an altercation.

Reacting in a video online, Jarvis dismissed claims that she was being beaten in the relationship and made it clear that she would not tolerate abuse.

“Advise your family. I’m not going to hide under the fact that I’m a small girl. I’m a small girl, but I’m old enough to take responsibility for what I want.

“You people are saying Peller is beating me. Are you people okay? I don’t know, maybe you guys are using Peller’s kind of eye to be looking at me. I’m not a child and if a man is beating me, this is not the 1960s, where they would tell the lady her husband is beating to not leave. Me I’m not doing that, if it was something like that, I would have left. My life first.

“That pushing was not it actually. It was a no no but I believe that he will change.”

The incident occurred after the pair attended singer Seyi Vibez’s concert at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.

A short clip of the confrontation circulated widely on social media, sparking outrage and criticism of Peller’s behaviour.

In response to the backlash, Peller released a statement on Instagram, expressing frustration that the viral moment was taken out of context.

  • ‘I Didn’t Benefit Anything From You,’ Peller Blasts Lagos Gov’t Over N36m Tax Demand.

Nigerian content creator Habeeb “Peller” Hamzat has slammed the Lagos State Government for demanding N36 million in income tax, calling it excessive and unjustified.

Speaking during a livestream with singer Tobechukwu “Peruzzi” Okoh, Peller said the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) had served him the tax bill despite him receiving no benefits from the government. “The task force said I should pay N36 million in tax.

I swear to Almighty Allah, I don’t have anything. I only came into the limelight last year. Are you, Peruzzi, even paying tax, and how much is it? Why should I pay N36 million? What does that even mean?

Why will the government take money from me when it has never given me anything, not even TikTok support, let alone help from a task force member? “I know this is because of my interview on TVC, where I said I was making money on TikTok.

It was all packaging; I didn’t make any money. I don’t earn from Nigeria; my money comes from social media. I don’t work in any company, and I don’t have any.”

In response, Peruzzi urged him to settle the tax bill, warning of possible arrest if he refused. “Why haven’t you paid your taxes? As a Nigerian, you know you must pay tax. The government doesn’t care whether you only came into the limelight last year.

Do you know how much I pay in tax? I won’t mention it here, but it’s more than the bill they gave you. “You must pay it; if you don’t, the government will arrest you.

They asked you to pay because you’re making money. Once they arrest you, you can go to their office and explain that your interview on TVC was just packaging, but remember, if you’re earning money in Nigeria, you must pay tax,” Peruzzi told Peller.

  • Akpabio Is The Best Thing To Happen To The National Assembly Since 1999

The Senate, under the leadership of Senate President Godswill Akpabio, passed the Tax Reform Bill into law. This is the single most important legislation passed by Parliament since Nigeria returned to civil rule in 1999.

By virtue of that legislation, Nigeria's productivity is about to be unleashed, and competition among states has already begun.

Because of that statute, we are already seeing an explosion in revenue generation as Nigeria's tax base expands.

Nigerian workers can now heave a sigh of relief as the tax reforms grant wide-ranging reliefs for Low-Income Earners, who will now pay little to no tax.

This is in addition to the various Regional Development Commission bills passed into law, which have already seen an acceleration of development in Nigeria's geopolitical zones, as the usual state bureaucracies are being bypassed.

Then you come to the landmark Local Government Autonomy Bill, which grants not just autonomy but prosperity to Nigeria's grassroots, from Kaura Namoda to Orile-Aguda.

And then after achieving that, the same Natasha Akpoti that falsely accused me of sexual harassment, is now asserting that this 10th Senate under Senator Akpabio is the worst since 1999!

Then why does she want to return to that very same Senate?

Thankfully, Nigeria's economy has been debased. Our GDP is now at ₦372.8 trillion in 2024, up from the ₦314.02 trillion that President Tinubu met when he took over from General Buhari in 2023.

Would this have been possible without unity of purpose between the National Assembly and the Presidency?

May God bless Senate President Godswill Akpabio, the political leader of the South-South, and may he complete two four-year terms in that office!

  • TikTok Influencer Jarvis Confirms Engagement to Peller, Says Marriage Will Happen at the Right Time.

Popular Nigerian content creator and TikTok personality, Jarvis, has officially confirmed her engagement to fellow TikTok star, Peller, stating that they plan to marry when the time is right. Peller, 19, had proposed to the 23-year-old in December 2024.

At the time, Jarvis dismissed the proposal during a livestream, describing the ring as just a “promise ring” and denying being in a relationship with him.

However, in a recent interview with Channels TV, Jarvis clarified her earlier comments, revealing they are truly engaged. “It’s true that we are engaged. He actually proposed shockingly to me,” she said.

“But the ring doesn’t fit, so I kept it safe at home. I believe we’ll get married at the right time because marriage is a big deal and needs careful consideration.” She also shared how her perception of Peller changed over time.

Initially unsure about their compatibility due to his social media persona, Jarvis said meeting him in person helped her see his true personality. “I didn’t think we’d match at all,” she admitted. “But offline, he’s actually a cool person.”
