Terms of Use for Fintter

1. Ownership & Scope
The Fintter website (https://fintter.com/) is owned by Sngine and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Additional feature-specific rules or guidelines posted on the Site are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have the legal capacity (at least 18 years old) to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. License & Restrictions

  • License. Subject to these Terms, Sngine grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Restrictions. You may not:

    1. Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site.

    2. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.

    3. Use the Site to build a competing service.

    4. Copy, reproduce, publish, or transmit any content except as expressly permitted.
      All copyright and proprietary notices must remain intact. Sngine may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time without liability.

4. Intellectual Property
All Site content (designs, text, graphics, software, trademarks, etc.) is owned by Sngine or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights or interests are transferred to you.

5. User Content

  • Responsibility. You alone are responsible for any content you submit (“User Content”). It must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and may not infringe third-party rights.

  • License to Sngine. By posting User Content, you grant Sngine a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it. You waive any moral-rights claims.

  • Backup. Sngine is not obligated to store or back up your User Content and may remove it at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Infringe any third-party rights or any law

  • Transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising

  • Harass, threaten, or defame others

  • Harvest personal data without consent

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
    Sngine may remove offending content, suspend or terminate your account, and report violations to authorities.

7. Third-Party Links & Ads
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or ads. Sngine does not endorse or control these; your use of them is at your own risk. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. Sngine disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Where prohibited, some disclaimers may not apply.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sngine’s liability (and that of its suppliers) for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to US $50. In no event shall Sngine be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sngine and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination
Sngine may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Sections 3 (Restrictions), 4 (IP), 6 (Use Policy), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Liability), 10 (Indemnity), and 12–15 (below) survive termination.

12. Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Site, please submit a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) to our Copyright Agent. Misrepresentations may incur liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions), under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. You and Sngine waive any right to jury trial.

14. Export Compliance
You may not export any U.S. technical data from the Site in violation of U.S. export laws.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Amendments. Sngine may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms (including any posted guidelines) constitute the complete agreement between you and Sngine regarding the Site.

  • Electronic Notices. You consent to receive communications electronically.
