NCAA Summons Airlines Over Flight Delays, Refunds; Vows To Name And Shame Defaulters The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has summoned all domestic airlines to a meeting in Abuja over persistent flight disruptions, refunds, and poor passenger handling. NCAA spokesman Michael Achimugu said the meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, will address unresolved compensation issues, unruly passenger behaviour, and the planned introduction of RFID bag tags.
