  • World richest man, Elon Musk, Says He Looks Up To “The Creator,” Comments On Belief In God

Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, recently opened up about his views on faith and spirituality during an interview with Katie Miller. When asked “Who do you look up to the most,” Musk answered: “The Creator.”

He was further asked if he believed in God, to which he replied: “Well i believe this universe came from something,” adding that “people have different labels.” His response reflects a philosophical perspective, acknowledging a creative force behind the universe while avoiding alignment with any specific religious doctrine.

Musk has previously described himself as a “cultural Christian,” noting he was baptized and raised Anglican. However, he has often emphasized curiosity over traditional religious beliefs, stating that his guiding principle is exploration and expanding human consciousness. He has also highlighted the importance of moral teachings from religion, such as wisdom in compassion and restraint, without fully committing to organized faith.

In this interview, Musk’s choice of words underscores his view that the origin of the universe is a mystery open to interpretation. By referring to “the Creator” instead of “God,” and noting that “people have different labels,” he signals openness to different philosophical or spiritual understandings rather than strictly religious ones. Musk’s remarks continue to fuel discussions on the intersection of science, technology, and spirituality, highlighting how leading figures grapple with questions about existence, purpose, and belief in the modern era.

  • The Basest of Men”: Understanding God’s Sovereignty in Leadership and National Governance

In this reflective opinion piece, Leonard Karshima Shilgba explores the tension between divine sovereignty and human governance through the lens of Daniel 4:13–17. The article examines the biblical phrase “the basest of men,” explaining its Aramaic roots and how it describes leaders of low character or unlikely backgrounds whom God allows or appoints for His purposes. Shilgba highlights biblical and historical examples of such rulers and argues that even when unworthy leaders rise to power, Christians are still called to pray, advocate for righteousness, and engage governance responsibly. He encourages believers not to lose heart, emphasizing that God’s sovereignty does not excuse apathy but empowers courage, accountability, and moral witness. The author concludes that burdens for good governance are divine callings, and that God both raises leaders and strengthens the righteous to shine even under flawed rule.

  • While in Benue, I met with dozens of Christians who were driven from their homes and subjected to horrific violence and now live in IDP camps.

They told harrowing stories that will remain with me for the rest of my life.

One woman was forced to watch as they killed her husband and five children. She, and her unborn child, barely escaped.

Another woman’s family was murdered in front of her and her baby was ripped from her womb.

One man’s family was hacked to death in front of his eyes and his armed was permanently mangled.

There are more than 600,000 Christians in IDP camps in Benue State alone.

These Christians should be able to live in their ancestral homeland without fear of genocidal Fulani.

  • Bethlehem Lights Christmas Tree for First Time Since Gaza War, Thousands Celebrate in Historic Square

Bethlehem brought back Christmas cheer for the first time in two years as the city lit its iconic Christmas tree in Manger Square, marking a hopeful moment amid ongoing tensions in the region. Thousands of visitors — Christians, Muslims, locals, and international pilgrims — gathered near the Church of the Nativity to witness the ceremony, which had been suspended since the Gaza war began in October 2023.
The festive event, filled with music, balloons, and emotional reactions, symbolized resilience for residents and visitors who endured years of conflict, travel restrictions, and economic hardship. Despite cautious tourist return and continuing instability in Gaza and Lebanon, Bethlehem’s celebration represents a tentative step toward recovery for the city, whose economy heavily depends on tourism.

  • Singer Chike Opens Up About His Spiritual Path, Past Life Moments and Why He Stopped Going to Church

Singer Chike has opened up about a personal moment that shaped his relationship with church and faith. Recalling a period from years ago, he explained that attending a particular church became uncomfortable after he ran into someone from his past.

According to him, “the chick that was leading the praise and worship, we had history. And I couldn’t… I’m like… I was having flashbacks. And she was kabashing, and I’m like… who’s that.” He said the encounter left him feeling out of place, adding that he stayed only a week before leaving. Chike emphasized that his decision wasn’t about rejecting Christianity.

“Not because I don’t believe in God, because I do,” he said. He recalled a moment early in his career when he prayed for guidance while living in Primewater Gardens with his then-girlfriend. “I just said a prayer. I just said, God, I don’t have anybody. I don’t have anything. Just help me.” He also spoke about accidentally consuming a strong edible shortly after releasing his first album.

“Three, four days into the release of my album, I didn’t even know where I was. You know, but that was it.” For Chike, the structure of church simply doesn’t align with his lifestyle. “So I don’t… Church is not for me. There are things that I like, that I would not be able to do,” he explained, adding that what matters most whether in public life or leadership is doing right by others. “You just need to do right. By the people. By the people. By the people. Not necessarily leave a certain… Look, since I’m Christian, not certainly live a Christian life …”
