I am presently in a high-level security meeting with the heads of our defence and intelligence agencies, including the Chief of Defence Staff, Chief of Army Staff, Inspector-General of Police, and the Director-General of the DSS, here at the State House.

We are assessing the latest security reports and taking firm measures to stabilise affected regions and safeguard our people. I am receiving continuous updates and have instructed all security formations to act with urgency, accuracy, and unwavering determination.

My commitment to the safety and security of every Nigerian is absolute. Anyone who seeks to disrupt the peace and endanger our nation will be met with the full force of the law.
