Man thrown off Lagos bridge by hoodlums needs N8m for surgery.

A 45-year-old man, Ismail Oreniwon, is battling for survival at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital after he was brutally attacked and thrown off a pedestrian bridge by suspected hoodlums in Mushin, Lagos.

Oreniwon, popularly known in his Oshodi-Arowojobe community as “LC,” was said to be returning home on July 9 when he was accosted by the attackers near the Ogunmokun area of Mushin.

He had initially tried to cross the railway tracks but turned around after being stopped by the miscreants.

He then attempted to use the pedestrian bridge, but the hoodlums followed him and reportedly beat him up before pushing him off the bridge.
