One Killed, Five Trapped After Kebbi Rice Mill Collapse; Rescue Ongoing as Deputy Governor Oversees Operations

A section of a private rice mill in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, partially collapsed on Tuesday, killing one staff member and trapping five others under the rubble.
