CDCFIB Postpones Opening of Recruitment Screening Portal for 2025 Paramilitary Intake
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the postponement of the opening of its recruitment portal for shortlisted candidates scheduled for physical screening and document verification. The portal, initially set to open from December 1 to 3, 2025, will now open at a later date yet to be announced.
In a statement signed by Secretary Maj. Gen. (Rtd) A.M. Jibril and shared on X, the board advised applicants to monitor the official portal — recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng — for further updates.
The CDCFIB apologized for the inconvenience and assured that new information will be provided via official channels. The physical verification remains an essential phase of recruitment for the NIS, NCoS, FFS, and NSCDC, where candidates’ identities, documents, and fitness will be assessed before final selection.
