The Enugu State Police Command has taken into custody a 51-year-old man, Emeka Emmanuel Nwangwu, for allegedly k+lling his 19-year-old maternal cousin, Loveth Uloma Nwangwu, in Nsukka—just days after she reported him for s+xual abuse, defilement, and threats to her life.
Police spokesperson SP Daniel Ndukwe, in a statement released on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, described the k+lling as a “gr¥esome and heartbreaking tragedy” occurring during the festive season.
