Prices and authorisation
Fintter Technology Enterprise operates Fintter in Nigeria. Prices for Nigerian users are normally displayed in Nigerian naira using the symbol “₦” or currency code “NGN”. Fintter shows the total amount, currency, and item or service before you authorise payment. You confirm that you may use the chosen payment method. Your bank or payment provider may add charges that it separately discloses. Do not pay a person who claims that an unofficial transfer will secure admission, verification, a certificate, or a scholarship.
Payment processing
A regulated payment provider may collect and process card, bank, or transfer details. Fintter receives transaction status and reference information rather than your full card credentials. A pending charge is not complete until confirmed by the provider and recorded in your Fintter transaction history.
Wallet credit
Wallet balances represent eligible Platform credit and are not bank deposits, savings, or investments. Promotional or bonus credit has no cash value and is not withdrawable. Availability and permitted uses may vary. Never share a one-time code to “release” wallet funds.
Failed, duplicate, or delayed transactions
If a payment fails but your bank shows a debit, the provider may reverse it automatically. Check your Fintter history and bank statement before retrying to avoid duplicate payment. For a duplicate or unresolved debit, send support the transaction reference, amount, date, and status—never your password, PIN, one-time code, or full card number.
Refund eligibility
A refund may be available where Fintter charged you more than once, did not deliver a paid Platform service, confirms an unauthorised transaction after review, or Nigerian consumer law requires it. This policy does not remove any right to a refund or remedy under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (“FCCPA”). A change of mind after a digital service has been delivered, used, boosted, downloaded, or consumed may not qualify, subject always to your mandatory rights under the FCCPA.
Requesting a refund
Contact support promptly with the account email, transaction reference, amount, date, the item purchased, and the reason. We may verify account ownership and review delivery or usage records. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment route; provider and bank processing times are outside Fintter’s control.
Third-party fees and purchases
Application fees, school fees, external courses, or services paid directly to another institution are governed by that organisation’s rules. Fintter cannot promise or issue a refund for a transaction it did not receive. A link or listing does not make Fintter the seller.
Chargebacks
Contact us first so we can investigate. A chargeback for a valid, delivered purchase may lead to temporary restriction while the dispute is reviewed. We will not penalise a good-faith report of genuine fraud.
Complaints and Nigerian consumer rights
Send payment complaints to Fintter support first with the relevant reference. Complaints involving the underlying bank or payment channel may also be raised with that CBN-regulated provider. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, you may seek redress from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (“FCCPC”) or another competent Nigerian regulator.
