MohBad, whose real name was Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, was a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter known for his street inspired Afrobeats sound and emotional delivery. Born on June 8, 1996, in Lagos State, Nigeria, MohBad rose to fame as part of Nigeria’s new wave of street pop artists before his untimely death in 2023 shocked the nation.

Raised in Lagos, MohBad grew up in a modest environment where hustle and determination were part of everyday life. From a young age, he showed a deep passion for music.
