Young Jonn, whose real name is Udomboso John Saviours, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer widely known for his dynamic influence in Afrobeats. Born on February 16, 1995, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, Young Jonn first rose to fame as a hit making producer before successfully transitioning into a mainstream recording artist.

Growing up in Ibadan, Young Jonn developed an early love for music. He began experimenting with sound production as a teenager, teaching himself how to create beats and mix songs. He produced several major hits, including Olamide’s “Story For The Gods” and “Shakiti Bobo.” His production style combined energetic rhythms, catchy hooks, and street friendly vibes, making him one of the most sought after producers in Nigeria.

Over the years, Young Jonn produced songs for top artists such as Lil Kesh, Davido, and Tiwa Savage. His impact on mid 2010s Nigerian pop music was significant, as many of the era’s biggest hits carried his signature sound.
