FG Warns: No Ongoing Recruitment — Beware of Fake Job Ads!
The Federal Government has debunked a fake recruitment letter circulating on social media, warning the public to beware of scammers posing as officials of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB).
In a statement released by the Board’s Secretary, AM Jibril, the CDCFIB clarified that although Presidential approval has been granted for recruitment into the four paramilitary services, the official recruitment process has not yet begun.
All legitimate job openings will be announced through national newspapers, and the Board emphasized that no fees will be required during the recruitment process.
Citizens are urged to avoid falling victim to fraudsters and recruitment racketeers taking advantage of job seekers online.
