Deeone Sparks Drama as He Compares Mr Eazi & Temi Otedola’s $14M Wedding to Davido & Chioma’s $6M Ceremony

Former Big Brother Naija star, Aderombi Adedayo Martin, better known as Deeone, has stirred heated debate online after comparing the luxurious weddings of Mr Eazi & Temi Otedola to that of Davido & Chioma.

In a video shared on Instagram, the comedian alleged that Mr Eazi’s fairy-tale wedding to billionaire daughter Temi Otedola cost a staggering $14 million, spread across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland.

He contrasted this with Davido and Chioma’s lavish Miami wedding, which he estimated at around $6 million. According to him, the Otedola-Ajibade ceremony pulled in some of Africa’s most powerful figures, including Aliko Dangote and Abdul Samad Rabiu, cementing its place as a global-class event.

While acknowledging the Adeleke family’s wealth, Deeone maintained they cannot rival the financial muscle of the Otedolas and Mr Eazi’s circle.

Taking a swipe at Davido’s camp, especially Cubana Chiefpriest, he mocked those who once chanted “Money na Water” but have now gone quiet in the face of superior affluence.

Deeone wrapped up by urging Nigerians to air their views freely since both weddings were public spectacles, reminding people not to compare themselves to others:
“Where some people’s money ends, another person’s money begins.”
