Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Aondona Dajoh, has resigned from office.
In a letter dated August 24 and addressed to lawmakers, Dajoh said his decision was made “in good faith and in the best interest of the state.” He thanked his colleagues for the opportunity to serve and pledged to continue representing Gboko West Constituency as a legislator.
