It’s most probable that at least one of them would remember the sacrifice you made whilst they were growing up and engineer reciprocating your efforts!

7• Seven, Do everything to ensure that you do not break any bone
As being bedridden and dependent on others for simple ways of life, is the surest/easiest way to an early transition to eternal glory!

8• Eight, Do watch what you eat and it is advisable that you sometimes go on a fruit/water Fast for some days TWICE in a year!

9• Nine, Arrange to visit your doctor periodically to be sure you don't have any life-threatening ailment As an early detection of ailments makes recovery easier/comfortable!

10• Ten, Prepare to die with your dignity intact
Therefore, do not take loans you are going to use on consumption or that you have no credible means of repaying!

11• Eleven, Don't deceive yourself, the world will not miss you, but maybe your nuclear family for a little while,
However, be sure/pragmatic about leaving lasting monuments/legacies that will probably ensure you are not easily/totally forgotten!

12• Twelve, be more committed to the service of God where you can interact with likeminded individuals and engage in light physical exercises regularly!
