Kebbi PDP Joins Coalition Efforts to Unseat APC in 2027

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi State has declared its full support for any coalition aimed at removing the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from power at both state and federal levels.

The announcement was made during a stakeholders’ meeting in Birnin Kebbi, where party leaders also voiced confidence in resolving ongoing internal challenges.

Party chieftain Ibrahim Mera said members had resolved to actively support any initiative designed to dislodge the APC, while also calling for an early state congress, pending national party approval.

State PDP Chairman, Usman Suru, urged citizens to remain resilient amid economic hardship, assuring them of a brighter future with better leadership.

Meanwhile, the party’s 2023 gubernatorial candidate, retired General Aminu Bande, slammed the APC-led government in Kebbi for alleged political witch-hunts and arbitrary arrests. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the PDP and any credible effort to deliver good governance in the state and across Nigeria.
