2027: Alh. Dr. Sanusi Abdul Sanusi Officially Declares for Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro Federal Constituency Seat
Alh. Dr. Sanusi Abdul Sanusi has officially declared his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat for the Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The declaration took place today at Enjema Ward 3, where he was warmly received by the APC Ward Chairman, Hon. Samuel Samene. After the ward reception, Dr. Sanusi was formally presented to the Chairman of the APC Ankpa Local Government Chapter, Hon. Mohammed Salihu Jibrin, as part of the next stage of his clearance process.
Speaking during the event, Alh. Dr. Sanusi addressed concerns about his political affiliation and made it clear that he remains a committed member of the APC. He explained that his previous support for Murtala Yakubu Ajaka under the Social Democratic Party, SDP, was a strategic decision made in the interest of his people and did not amount to leaving the APC.
“I am not just joining the APC. I have always been a member of the APC,” Dr. Sanusi stated, while reaffirming his loyalty to the party and his dedication to serving the people of the constituency.
With this declaration, Alh. Dr. Sanusi Abdul Sanusi is now officially in the race as an aspirant for the House of Representatives seat representing Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro in the 2027 election cycle.
