Air Peace Fires Back at Oshiomhole, Demands CCTV Proof Over Extortion Allegations

Air Peace has officially responded to explosive allegations made by Senator Adams Oshiomhole, who claimed he was extorted by the airline’s staff at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos.

In a bold statement released today, the airline challenged Oshiomhole to provide CCTV footage and evidence of the incident, stating that it operates with “zero tolerance for corruption and unethical conduct.”

“We take allegations like this seriously,” the airline said, “and we urge relevant airport authorities to release CCTV footage to verify the senator’s claims.”

Oshiomhole had alleged that a staff member demanded payment in cash before he was allowed to board his flight—sparking public outrage and calls for accountability. However, Air Peace insists that such actions do not reflect its operating standards and that the claim may be misdirected or exaggerated.
