Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an Email Request
   Email us at [your email address] using the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
   In the email, please include:

   • Your full name

   • The email address or username associated with your account

   • A brief message confirming you wish to delete all your personal data

2. In-App Request (if applicable)
   If you're using our mobile or web app:

   • Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data

   • Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions

3. Verification Process
   For security reasons, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Happens After Deletion

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.

• This process is irreversible — once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

• In some cases, we may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial transaction records).

Timeline

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
