    If you're using our mobile or web app:

    • Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions

  3. Verification Process
    For security reasons, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.

What Happens After Deletion

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • This process is irreversible — once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

  • In some cases, we may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial transaction records).

Timeline
