The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2024 Batch C Stream 2 Orientation Camp officially opens today, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, across all states in Nigeria.
Additionally, deployment letters for the 2023 Batch C Stream II have been released, enabling prospective corps members (PCMs) to access their deployment details in preparation for their service year.
The announcement, shared via the NYSC’s official X handle (#officialnyscng), advised PCMs to report to their assigned camps on the dates specified in their call-up letters, along with the required documents and essentials.
The NYSC urged prospective corps members to prioritize safety while traveling, cautioning against nighttime journeys to their designated camps.
Key reminders for PCMs include:
- Printing and signing the addendum to be submitted during camp registration.
- Checking deployment updates as some PCMs posted to Lagos State will undergo orientation in Ekiti, Ondo, or Osun camps, while those posted to the FCT may attend camps in Nasarawa or Kaduna.
NYSC reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safety and smooth registration of all corps members throughout the orientation process.
