Offa Panic as Suspected Airstrike Hits Kwara Hotel, Family Source Confirms Buildings Damaged and Couple Injured

Residents of Offa in Kwara State were thrown into panic after a suspected airstrike struck Solidworth Hotel in the Lamodi area, causing significant structural damage to the building and nearby properties. A family source of the hotel’s owner confirmed that at least four buildings were affected, while five people, including a couple and their young daughter, sustained injuries. Although no deaths were recorded, the explosions intensified fear in the town, coming hours after the United States announced airstrikes against ISIS targets in northwest Nigeria, an operation later confirmed by the Nigerian government as a joint effort.
