Alliance of Sahel States Condemns Nigerian Aircraft’s Emergency Landing in Burkina Faso
The military governments of Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso have criticised the emergency landing of a Nigerian military aircraft in Burkina Faso on Monday, warning against any breach of their airspace.
In a joint statement, the Alliance of Sahel States said the aircraft, which was carrying 11 military personnel, entered Burkinabe airspace without authorization.
