According to a report by Daily Post on Wednesday, July 9,2025,suspected bandits carried out a deadly attack on Bege Baptist Church in Yaribori community, located in Kafur Local Government Area of Katsina State, on Monday night.
During the attack, they shot and killed the church’s pastor, Reverend Emmanuel Na’allah, and a church member, Mallam Samaila Gidan Taro,after which they also kidnapped a woman whose identity is still unknown.
The attackers reportedly arrived at the church during the night and opened fire, spreading fear among those present. After killing the two victims, they forcefully took the woman away and fled the scene before help could arrive.
